YolFlow analyses giving patterns — not personal identities. Names, emails, and contact details stay in your payment provider and your own systems. When YolFlow needs to show you a specific donor, it retrieves that detail live and never retains it.

YolFlow connects using the API keys you provide, and only reads the financial data it needs to analyse giving behaviour. You can disconnect at any time.

YolFlow runs on the same payment platforms your charity already uses — Stripe and GoCardless — alongside industry-standard, UK/EU-compliant hosting and encryption in transit and at rest.
Every donation is recorded, never altered
YolFlow's financial records are append-only: once a donation is recorded it can never be silently changed, giving you an auditable, trustworthy history of your giving data.
